Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client requirements.
Product/Service Presentation:
- Clearly and effectively present the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s products or services to potential clients.
- Address any questions or objections the client may have.
Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close mutually beneficial deals.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to overcome potential roadblocks.
Closing Deals:
Secure orders and agreements from clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Sales Targets and Quotas:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Develop strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide insights to the team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in the IT Sector.
- Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
