Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client requirements.

 

Product/Service Presentation:

  • Clearly and effectively present the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s products or services to potential clients.
  • Address any questions or objections the client may have.

 

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to overcome potential roadblocks.

 

Closing Deals:

Secure orders and agreements from clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.

 

Sales Targets and Quotas:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales goals.

 

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide insights to the team regarding customer preferences and market demands.

 

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the IT Sector.
  • Diploma/Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and familiarity with the company’s products or services.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
